Chris Davidson | Illustrator & Artist
Chris Davidson is a Wairarapa-based professional illustrator and artist. Since graduating from the School of Design in the mid-90s, he’s worked as a freelance artist across New Zealand, Britain, and France.
While most of his career has focused on commercial artwork, Chris has always explored new styles and is currently embracing an exciting new creative direction. This transition recently led to his first exhibition in 20 years at the Wairarapa Art Review, where his piece Sentry won both the Exciting Use of Colour Award and the People’s Choice Award. With a keen eye for detail, colour, and composition, Chris is looking forward to developing this direction and the creative evolution it brings.
