Gary Waldrom (1953) is a self-taught artist and has lived and painted on a farm in Waipawa, Hawke’s Bay since the 1970s.
He has been a prize winner in prestigious art competitions, including Benson & Hedges Art Award, Eastern & Central Trust Bank Art Prize, Montana Lindauer Art Award.
He has had over twenty solo exhibitions throughout the country, and has appeared in numerous group shows, documentaries and radio shows.
His works are held in public and private collections nationally including The Rutherford Trust, The James Wallace Trust and Hawkes Bay Museum & Art Gallery.
Gary Waldrom is currently represented by PAPERMOON ART in Masterton
